the clocks were asleep.she thinks whenever the sky blossoms yellow, it is trying to be as beautiful as the sun,  and whenever a plane passes through a cloud, she wonders if the cloud envies its speed,  and she will wonder until her name is burned an inevitability into our history books.   
she will collect a thousand acorns and make a wish for every hundred  and wish for a shorter nose or a cuter laugh or bigger calves  and she will watch them to see if they will sprout into confidence.   
she is in a ribcage of people with hot hands and mute laughter  and she sees zombies with exhausted beauty and gummy eyelids  an the clocks were asleep.

is the rose naked.you tell me i look nice today, i tell you the butterflies in my stomach braided my hair.  if i blush one more time, i just know the school janitor will get angry with me for having  to clean up the mess, but i can’t help it if my blush spills out my ears. waterfalls can’t  help but spill their guts either. maybe i should be called an emotionalfall.   
white lines on your mind, you can write but i can edit. you’ll paint my moon the pinkest  of reds and the streetlights will always be on green for go, and there’ll be no one else  around because cotton candy hopes tend to bruise easily you k is the rose naked.

being-in-itself.they do not see me, but i see them  as they transmit their perfumes through  feathery telegraph -- i am reminded  of selfishness and how red venus  can be when she opens her cold eye.   
owls call to an answerless night,  and it makes me wonder if we pray  to an answerless heaven that has  hung up on us, but we being on our  cell phones cannot hear the dial tone.   
the wind has picked up, and now it  rustles against my ankles with the  
crisp sound of turning pages, except  they have gnarled at the edges and  i am seeing through crinkled essays.

'lo. Name's Megan, and I have some pretty crazy thoughts.

I'm that kind of girl who grieves for people I don't know. I can fake smiles and laughter and somehow mean it at the end. I'm pretty much set up for disappointment and failure, but somehow I'm still hopeful. That may be foolish or it may be 'destiny'.

I'm that kind of girl who could complain about her life but doesn't want to because appreciating the brief good moments and the amazing people she's met makes her feel alive. Thus, I love meeting new people. There's how many billion people on the Earth? It amazes me how little of the Earth's population I know. Let's change that.

I fear being apathetic but find that indifference is the best defense to life's complexities. "I could write it better than you felt it.' Yeah, Fall Out Boy lyric, but it fits. Writing is therapy...for free. I'm not a silly fragile kid who can be easily swayed and influenced. I have a mind and I intend to learn as much as I can. I truly believe that education stops ignorance and is the catalyst for progression. I'm open-minded to the point where sometimes I can contradict myself just because I refuse not to see every aspect. Though, sometimes I am truly biased. I'm pretty laidback and perhaps a bit too hyper for my own good.

I want to be famous not for the perks or the adoration, but because I want to leave a legacy. I want to impact the world. Save a life.
